Please note that Rui, Tsukasa, Akito, and Toya are usually not available in split boxes, but there is a chance they will be in some splits and on-hands. If we run group orders, they will be available if it's unlimited order claims.
Meet the Admins
Located In the USA, two friends who run splits and group orders for Project Sekai official/unofficial merch and other fandom of interests.

MERCH RULES
& GENERAL INFO
Claiming pre-conditions:
β You must be at least 16-17+ years old of age in order to claim from us.
β You must have reliable income, able to meet payment deadlines, and are responsible with your claims.
SHIPPING COSTS
πFirst Class Mail & Large Envelopes: Starting $0.75 + materials fee +/- non-machinable surcharge; up to 3 oz, 0.5 mm in thickness, price raised depending on weight and size; Intl letters start from an estimate of $1.50 + materials (not 100% sure since we don't send these often)
πDomestic Package: starting $4 + materials cost, depending on distance and weight. Mainly USPS Ground Advantage/UPS Surepost
πIntl Package: starting $17 + materials cost, depending on weight and country. Mainly USPS/UPS Intl, but can use other shipping companies upon request.We can hold intl. packages for up to 3 months, but this policy can be reassessed on a per-request basis depending on your claim volume and current package size.Packages will be sent out upon request or after every few merch releases, subject to GOMsβ decision. Some items may be marked for immediate ship-out due to size and space restrictions.
CLAIMING AND BILLING
The specifics of each order will be within their respective posts; this includes cost, release date, expected billing date, and inclusion/exclusion of intl (JP -> us) shipping.Please claim responsibly!!
A deadline will be given for each billing period. Failure to meet the deadline may result in your claims being revoked and possible warning/blacklist.For pre-order items that require pay up-front:
β 48 hour grace period to back out of claims
β Short billing deadlinesFor pre-order items that are paid on release:
β 48 hour grace period to back out of claims, BEFORE pre-order reservation
β Billing is done 3-4 weeks prior to release
β Prices depend on exchange rate fluctuations and are subject to changeFor on-hand goods:
β 24 hour grace period to back out of claims, subject to GOMsβ final decisions
β Billed on the spot or in the next billing cycleWarnings and blacklists/bans will be carried out depending on the severity of the offense, at the GOMsβ discretion if:
β ghosting
β frequent back-outs, even within grace periods
β failure to comply with rules/lying
β frequent failure to make payment deadlines
β prior negative incidents within other servers or with individual GO & split hosts regarding any aspect of ordering.Communication is KEY!
In any case where you cannot meet a payment deadline or must drop claims due to any personal matters, please dm or email us promptly.Pre-Orders/Splits & Group Orders usually has 2-3 sets of payments:
β 1) Initial payment or deposit for the item
- may include split JP domestic shipping on an as-needed basis or convenience
β 2) Evenly split International shipping (sometimes can be combined with [1 or 3], depending on the situation).
β 3) Us-to-you shipping cost
- price may be combined with any prior payment points depending on the order.

We do not accept any other payment methods. This does include direct bank transfers, Check, E-Cheque, cash etc.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are FINAL, which means no refund and no exchanges after you paid.EXCEPTIONS:

π¨ Itβs our fault, we lost/misplaced/miscounted your goodsπ¨ No refunds will be given for any damages or losses that occur during the shipping process; this includes both domestic (us -> you) and International (production company -> warehouse -> us).Regardless, refunds will be assessed case by case.
